For this session, as our last session at Ellesmere Port, we are hosting a small social network event to celebrate the work done over the past 6 weeks in art therapy. There will be a voluntary group mural that you are welcome to work on, otherwise feel free to come and discuss the past sessions and themes that we have worked on. Materials will be provided.
True Colours provides a safe, structured environment where members of the LGBTQ+ community can explore creative self-expression through creative workshops including art therapy. It will assist in developing individual and group resilience, giving people the opportunity to build their own toolkit that will better help them deal with the stresses of the modern world. These sessions are open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community aged 18+.
