Clay Painting – This week is a continuation from the previous session, where we worked with clay to create an object or figure that was meant to ground you. We will be painting the figures made in the previous week. Using acrylic paint, this will not bind the clay to be waterproof but will serve more as decoration or a way to bring the clay piece to life. If you have not come to the previous session, you are still welcome to attend, but will be painting paper or plates instead of clay figures. After the artmaking you will have time to share how it felt to paint your creation and explain your process. All materials will be provided.
If the painted artwork is dry by the end of session you will be welcome to take it home with you, otherwise you may leave it to dry at…
