About the event
Discover the calming power of creativity.
Mindful art journaling is a relaxing and expressive way to reflect on your thoughts and emotions—using images, colour, and texture rather than words. This course is perfect for anyone feeling the pressures of daily life and looking to create some mental space, improve their wellbeing, and reconnect with their creative side.

You'll experiment with techniques like collage, drawing, and mark making, helping you find your own visual voice.
